- When I was moving house i needed to have a carpet replaced in my lounge before my moving date which was only two weeks away!! I made an appointment with Graham and he came round the next day to measure and showed me samples. Once I had chose the carpet I wanted graham checked stock whilst he was with me and booked me a fit date, which was only 4 days later. The carpet was very reasonable priced and had a guarantee with it. The fitters came first thing in the morning for me and did a wonderful job. They even took away my old carpet and helped move all of our furniture. I would say this was by far the best service for flooring I have ever had and the ease of ordereing from start to finish really impressed me. - We used Carpets Direct to redo our whole office flooring. They made a fantasic job and the fitters even came over the weekend to ensure minumul disruption was made to our working environment. The mobile showroom was really good as we were able to match the new carpets to our existing colour schemes and everyone got to have an opinion. Our order was completed within one week and they even took away the old carpets and helped us to maove some of the furniture between offices. - Our house was up for sale and we had viewers coming at the weekend so we decided to give the master bedroom a fresh coat of paint. Painted the walls OK but then knocked over the paint can onto the light beige carpet. Disaster!! Called into Carpets Direct and Lorraine arranged for fitting on the Friday morning from a perfect match that they had in stock. Luckily they had a gap in the diary!
