In the
unlikely event you wish to return one of our high
quality rug(s), it must be returned
within 7 days of delivery should they be
unsatisfactory. The rug(s) must be returned
undamaged, in its original condition and
packaging. You are responsible for the cost of
returning the rug(s) (unless the rug is
faulty).
Please
note, whilst every effort is made to accurately
reproduce the appearance of each rug we stock - we
can not accept any responsibility for any colour
misrepresentations. Different colour display
settings on computer monitors can have an effect
on the appearance of rug colour images. You
can still return your rug for a refund, however
they will not be deemed faulty and you will be
responsible for the return costs.
Once we have
received the rug and are happy it has been
returned in the same condition as it was
dispatched, we will issue you with a full refund
on the purchase price, minus our delivery costs
(which is dependant on rug weight). Alternatively
you can choose to accept a credit for the full
price of the rug you ordered. This can be used
towards the purchase of another rug from Rugs
Direct 4 U.
